The Internet offers a seemingly endless number of ways designed to help you grow your business. You’ll see yourself coming across a number of ways to promote your business, get traffic to your site and increase your sales. However, newer Internet marketers might just want to stick to those proven methods, like posting solo ads in ezines. These are ads you send to an ezine that covers the same targeted niche as your own to reach the people on their mailing list.
If you’re planning to write your own solo ad, then you need to keep it simple yet powerful. Your ad should be written the same way you would talk to a friend, without any jargon. Anybody reading your ad should be able to comprehend what you’re saying. Don’t let it get overly complicated, just be yourself. Your sentences and paragraphs should be kept short and concise so there’s no chance of confusion. Every part of your ad has to be in simple to understand English. Your solo ad should be clear in every sense of the word. Keep in mind that many people skim so use bullet points to make the copy of the ad easy to scan. Bullet points are great because they allow you to point out specific important pieces of information that may be missed in larger blocks of text. It’s important that your ad copy highlights the many benefits of using your product. The thing you’re trying most to accomplish is to get higher conversions so you can earn a decent return on your investment.
To get more people responding to your solo ads, don’t try to sell them anything! The purpose of your solo ad should be to pique the interest of your potential customers so they want to find out more. You can do all the hardcore selling on the main sales page of your website, but in the solo ad, try to be subtle. Discuss what your product can do for people, and what makes it outstanding and unique. see your actual offer. Follow the tips above and you’ll make solo ads even more effective for you. Ezine advertising is not rocket science; you can literally have your solo ad up and running by tomorrow, and start seeing results. The most critical part of the process is finding the best fit when it comes to ezines.
