Apart from carrots, it is advisable that you eat additional vegetables Include green vegetables and fruits in your diet for retaining youth and freshness. The right amount of carrot juice is half a gram every week.
Another tip from preventing premature wrinkles is to wash it with cold water which has been known to prevent wrinkles. After washing your face with cold water do not wipe it immediately. Let the water sit in your face for quite some time. Feel the coolness of the water as it touches every part of your face. You will notice that this practice produce relaxation and calmness.
