Next I will describe an excellent face pack that is rich in collagen. Crush a little quantity of fresh pine apple and papaya together and apply this pulp on your face and neck. Oil massage

Get hold of 100% pure coconut oil or 100% pure almond oil or castor oil. Mix these 3 oils together and warm this oil mixture. You now have to apply this warm oil mixture on a cleansed face and massage it into your skin with deft finger movements, applying light pressure.

Concentrate on those areas which are prone to wrinkles, such as the region surrounding your mouth. If possible, do it before you go to sleep at night and leave on the oil overnight.
