Today I want to show anyone who is chunky, portly, or stout how to lose your belly fat fast. I’ll outline two great exercises that you should do every single day. But the good news is they hardly take any time at all to do. Even better, I’ll show you a way to save even more time.

How To Lose Your Belly Fat Fast
Run up and down stairs at home or in the building you live
This one is really easy. But I’ll give you an alternate way if stairs aren’t at your disposal.
All you have to do is run up a couple flights of stairs and then walk back down. You can make this as challenging as you want – one story, two stories, or three. It all depends on what kind of shape you are currently in and how motivated you are.
3 stories should be more than enough, though.
The reason I say this is because I don’t want you to be completely exhausted. You still have to walk back down the stairs and do it over again. You need to do this for at least 5 minutes without stopping. If you’re in decent shape, shoot for at least 15 minutes.
Just don’t take on more than you can handle. And if running up the stairs is more than you can handle right now, just walk up and down the stairs instead.
But if you have to walk, lengthen the minimum time spent from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
Perform body weight squats during TV commercials
This is what I was referring to earlier about saving you time. A television commercial break typically last 3 minutes. Whenever a television commercial breaks comes on, I want to do body weight squats as fast as you can until your show comes back on.
If you do this during 7 commercial breaks a day, that will really add up and burn off quite a bit of fat from your stomach.
So, if you really want to lose belly fat fast, commit to doing these exercises for at least 2 weeks straight and I promise you will be very happy with the results.
